The Federal government has finally assented to a Bill for an Act to establish the Federal College of Education (FCE), Gwoza in Borno State.
The legislative process began in 2018 when Sen Ali Ndume, Senator representing Borno South Senatorial District at the 8th Senate, first presented the Bill for consideration.
After several years of politicking, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has finally endorsed the establishment of the college to provide for academic training leading to the award of the National Certificate in Education (NCE).
