UMUAHIA — On Thursday, May 8, 2025, the Nigerian Navy College of Accounts and Finance (NNCAF), Umuahia, welcomed a delegation from the Armed Forces Command and Staff College (AFCSC), Jaji, as part of a study tour of Abia State.
The visiting team, comprising six faculty members and 44 students of Senior Course 47, was led by Brigadier General NUC Ogili, Director of the Department of Land Warfare.
Highlighting the tour’s theme, NNCAF’s Acting 1st Lieutenant, Lieutenant Commander I. Babalola, delivered a paper titled “Leveraging Grassroots Intelligence Gathering for Enhanced Internal Security Operations in Abia State.”
In his remarks, Brigadier General Ogili expressed appreciation for the warm reception and encouraged the students to apply the insights gained from the tour to enrich their academic research.
Responding, Commodore BU Quadri, Commandant of NNCAF, thanked the leadership of AFCSC for selecting the college as a destination and expressed willingness to receive feedback from the students to improve NNCAF’s operations.
