Sen Siyako Trains 250 Constituents in Dry Season Farming
The Senator representing Gombe South at the national Assembly, Senator Anthony Siyako Yaro has empower youths and women in Gombe South in agricultural skills.
The workshop which commenced today at ALGON event center Billiri will train two hundred and fifty (250) youths and women on dry season farming, rearing of animals and farming education for Balanga and Billiri.
Senator Anthony Yaro who was represented by Hassan Ahmadu Haruna said Gombe South is an agrirerian zone hence the need to trained and empower the youths and women so that they can explore the agricultural wealth that is deposited in the zone.
The Senator call on the beneficiaries of the empowerment to make good used of the knowledge acquired from the workshop so as to be self reliance.assured that more divedent of democracy is on the way Gombe South Senatorial district.
Earlier in his welcome address the Pp DP chairman Billiri LGA Lewi Lasarai thanked Senator Anthony Siyako Yaro for such an empowerment gesture to the people of Gombe South Senatorial district, assured of their support to Senator Anthony Yaro, describing him as complete gentleman who has his Electorates at heart.
In there separate good will massages PDP chairman Balanga LGA Alh. Ali Bwangal, State PDP women leader Rabi Daniel and the coordinator of Senator Yaro Billiri LGA Bar Yunana lamela yagulori both described Senator Anthony Yaro as the first Senator in Gombe South who brought development closer to his constituents in respective of political party.
They said Gombe South had made a correct choice of representative that is PDP candidate in the 2023 general election calling on their wards to rally round behind Senator Anthony Siyako Yaro come 2027 General election.
Presenting there papers at the work shop Dr Abubakar Wakili and Dr Mohd Tukur Bappah all of Federal college of Horticulture and Animal husbandry Dadinkowa call on the participants to appreciate Senator Anthony Yaro for such an empowerment which will create room for small business in agriculture.
They said Gombe South is known in agricultural activities there every body should invest in agricultural practice so as to improve our economics growth in our families.
Among the participants who were interview can avoid there joy for such gesture been done to them by the Senator inrespective of who you know promise to invest the money given to them in mint agricultural practice and assured of their loyalty to PDP and Senator Anthony Siyako Yaro.
At the end of the work shop each participant received a token of fifty thousand naira to engaged in agriculture.
The workshop was witness by Dist. Senator Anthony Siyako Yaro aids, Alh Abubakar Musa Dongs legislative aide and Alh Isa Ibrahim PA among others.
